The sun sets
There is darkness
This human stares at the gloom that sets in

He knows not, wat will happen
But, he has hope
Hope of a new day
Hope that the sun will rise again
Hope that the flowers will blossom again

He looks at this daunting sky
He bows his head
and he prays, and prays
Prays to the almighty, for HE is great
Prays for peace and harmony
Prays for a new beginning
For a new day
